Alyssa is a doctor of physical therapy and board certified in both orthopedics and sports physical therapy. She has spent the last 10 years of her career rehabbing athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors all the way up to NFL players and Olympic gold medalists.She is passionate about helping Crossfitters and fitness athletes become more resilient humans.
